    Corsair Neutron 120GB SSD Review

Corsair’s Neutron Series is designated as Corsair’s flagship performance series of SSD’s. There are two versions in the Neutron stable the Neutron and the Neutron GTX. The Neutron GTX has slightly higher performance and a slightly higher price point than the Neutron we are benching today.

great review RWLabs! couldnt believe 440-450mb/s read in HDTune benchmark rivals even 830 samsung SSD. it's amazing how marvel is doing much better now with data fill test, they sure push their hardest not to lose to companies like samsung/LSI and OCZ. one thing did hit me though was small trim issue, maybe it's just me but are all the newer drives somehow ended up with lower score after fill test?

This drive uses a controller from Link_A_Media Devices (LAMD) and not Marvell. We have a new player in town

The controller in the Neutron is exclusive to Corsair for a period of time.

The TRIM test typically is a few thousand points lower than the clean run.
