The Neutrons are back. This time in a different capacity and once again in RAID 0 to showcase what top performance looks like on an enthusiast level. RWL was the world’s first site to bring you RAID 0 TRIM reviews and continues to be the only site to bring them to you on a regular basis. It could be said that RWL is the foremost authority when it comes to RAID 0 and TRIM.

Totally agree...now that SSD prices are tumbling down, selling them in 2 packs (with a small price break maybe) and a 3.5 adapter plate that holds both SSDs would be awesome. Or offer a kit that includes 2 ssds, an affordable 5.25" - 2 x 2.5" backplane enclosure and 2 quality sata cables. The accessibility of the SSDs would make it a breeze when it comes time to power cycle for a secure erase. Heh, once the P87 is launched a 5.25" - 4 x 2.5" sata 6G/s backplane would be the cazy setup. A lot of these little backplanes (like mine) also have some extras like USB 3.0 ports, bay locks, and fan cooling.

ooOOOooo...can't wait to see how the LAMD handles that kind of density. As we all know, SF2281 based 480s take a performance hit vs. the 240gb drives...real curious as to how the Neutron will perform.
